Staff:Hide

I am a registered nurse and midwife in Japan, with 10 years of overseas experience in the United States.

During my time in the U.S., I obtained a registered nursing license in the USA and also experienced pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. Having gone through those challenges myself, I deeply understand the difficulties and emotions that come with pregnancy and motherhood in a new culture.

As both a healthcare professional and a mother who has lived abroad,
I am here to support you with compassion and understanding. I would like to help you make this precious time in your life as fulfilling and peaceful as possible.

What is an IBCLC?

An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is a healthcare professional who has advanced knowledge, clinical skills, and a compassionate approach to supporting successful breastfeeding.

IBCLCs are certified by passing a global standardized examination administered by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).

This certification ensures that the consultant meets international standards of excellence
in breastfeeding support and maternal–infant care.

Can I use your services before I give birth?

Yes, you can. We also support breastfeeding preparation and birth plan consultations during pregnancy.

Please note that Nagoya City’s “Nagoya Mommy Care⁺” subsidy cannot be used before birth.

Do you offer online support?

Currently, our services are primarily home visits. G. Individual Consultation is available online.

If there is sufficient demand, we will consider adding more online options.

How can I use the Pre and Postpartum Service?

We tailor a plan to your needs. For example, with the A. Breastfeeding Support Package (7 sessions):

Week 1 postpartum: Initial consultation covering any concerns about breastfeeding or newborn care.

Week 2 postpartum: Baby’s weight check and milk supply assessment, with guidance on expected intake and reassurance.

Weeks 3–7 postpartum: Ongoing weight checks and supply monitoring, plus support for concerns and breast issues (e.g., mastitis) as they arise.

How do I pay?

After your booking is confirmed, we will email you a payment link. Please pay before your appointment via credit card.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Please contact us by email or LINE by the day before your appointment. See our Terms & Policies for details.

Are there cancellation fees?

If you are using the Nagoya City postpartum care subsidy, a ¥1,560 per session cancellation fee applies.

If you are not using the subsidy, we will deduct two-thirds of the session fee as a cancellation charge and refund the balance to your designated account (transfer fees paid by the client). The same applies in case of no-show.

For full details, please check our Terms & Policies.
